I saw a DL650 but I am not sure if I should go for it…

It’s a 2010, has 55k miles and costs only €3.6k (would be a good bit less with my bike as a trade in)….

The bike looks overall ok but I am worried about the pipes under the belly pan (looks like proper rust)…. Would this be an expensive fix or should I stay clear?
