Keep your eyes peeled on the M7 on the straight after the toll on the Dublin side. Spotted a deer grazing right on the verge out of the corner of my eye on the hard shoulder on Tuesday night as I belted along. There is no barrier along those sections so if something startled it could have been venison and Motul sauce for a late supper.
