I sold my 950 supermoto at the weekend with the intention of scaling down on the amount of bikes I have, the wife had picked out a new kitchen and all was well with the world…

That is until last night, over a few whiskeys and browsing ebay, I came across a 2012 ZZR1400 for ok money, now I’ve always had a soft spot for the original ZZR, and I came close to buying one of the 2012 models not long after they were launched as in my opinion there is something about them, the last of the big bikes in a world full of shrinking sportsbikes, so before I knew what had happened I had hit the ‘buy it now’ button.

I’m still trying to justify it to myself, and the wife :bag: Bikes are like drugs I tell ya, once they have a hold they ll never let go :lbhbh:

Anyway, any advice on what to look for in a 18k mile ZZR before I make the journey across the pond?
