Hey guys,

I’ve just received the updated registration certificate of my new CBR 600 RR 2009, bought from a dealer last week. With extreme dismay, I noticed that the declared “Number of Seats” for the bike is one (section S.1).

The bike does have a passenger seat and footpegs, so… WTF?

Is it legal to carry a passenger? Do the Gardai check this kind of things?

I’ve even spent more on my insurance to be able to do that :icon2:
