Any one ever had a fire behind the front sprocket cover , the bikes a ktm 950,happened to me the other day didnt notice it until i got off and seen the cover all melted and a great big hole in it , any way took it off to stick on a replacement and found alot of old chain oil build up in there to the point where it is rubbing all the way around the chain and its charred to fuck in there .

Some kind of friction fire maybe , ?

Any one had this happen before ?
