at 11am today I was in Cork City Center in a chemist and the lady said I did not see your bike Alan so I turned abound and I could not see it either.

I went out and it was lying on the ground smashed.

There were 2 main withnesses , one was an old fella cleaning the chemist window and the other was a lass that works in the chemist.

Its fucking 11am and cameras all over the place and one pointing directly at my bike.

I picked her up, smashed oil p switch cover the bar end destroyed, the headstock felf fucked and petrol was pissing from the overflow. Paint work scratched but tis a bad paint scheme on her so that did not bother me too much.

Am I plugged the casing till I got her home.

The young lass in the chemist said this lad looked out of it and hopped up on her but because I had the disk lock he could not push it and just with force fucked her on the ground, and then hes bird dragged him into their can which was parked alongside the bike in the view of the camers.

The window washer said the same.

Now as far as reporting it, I have had come accross a few brick walls in the past like when my k2 6 bandit was reversed over by a woman outside the gym I wan in in Cork just took off and I had to practically battle the guards every day to get her insurance details asd she left the scene. I felt like it was me that done the crime if you get me like the guards did not want to even know. I called them when I came out of the Gym and I counted 3 partol cars pass me in the 2 hours I was waiting so I just left as I thought they did not really care.

So that is why I was hesitant about reporting this but after speaking to a few lads amd my mum she said it still would be no harm to have a report even if nothing comes from it , like Im thinking their car was prob no insurance/license etc otherwise would any scumbag be that thick to do something like that in broad daylight ina busy street with cams all over, it does not make and locally since.

So when I got homes I phoned the guards but he just said call in tomorrow and he actually sounded really caring and good but he will not be there tomorrow which is a balls.

I do not need this shit the bike is my lifeline I need her for college and then uni next year, Im living out in the sticks like.

Any ideas lads what will happen if they can get him from the reg number, will I get conpsated for the damage or will he have free legal aid and a sad story stemming from when he was a baby and not brest fed.
