Anyone have shop / mechanic recommendations (Dublin ideally, but not necessarily) specifically for performance upgrades on a litre sports bike?

Things like:

* Suspension set up

* Upgrading brakes

* PC tuning / ECU mapping

*

I know any good garage can do it all, but I figured there may be some specialists of note.
