Watched this video earlier and have to say it was one of the best explanations I have seen regarding technique while braking, cornering, body position and racing line and the very subtle differences between a pro and a novice that make all the difference.

I have never raced a bike and have no aspiration to do so, but I found it useful, especially realising that body position made more of a difference than breaking or accelerating at the right time.

I’m sure there’s others here that will enjoy it.
