RDS Bike Show pics
Headed up on Friday & I hit the RDS around 4pm. Spent an hour or so nosing around & I met a few acquaintances. I didn’t even take any pics on the Friday. Back there at 11am on Sat. & I spent three hours or so arsing around, looking at stuff & taking the piccies. First thing that I noticed was the absence of brolly dollies. Nothing would start the day better than an eyeful of nice bird wearing just a bra, knickers & heels but unfortunately they were absent this year. Oh well! :bag: As per usual I made a beeline for the VJMC stand to see the golden oldies & in fairness the bikes that they had on display were top class. Another club (a racing club, I think) also had a fine display of golden oldies. I found that old Brit bikes were extremely scarce this time around. Brexit? :lbhbh: I didn’t take up too much of my time going over the new bikes but I didn’t see anything that I would be tempted to call spectacular. I must admit that I like the Indian range even though I would never buy one. There were some fairly serious machines on the Custom stand for the builders’ competition but the display area is both too small & too dark to show those bikes at their best, which is too bad. The exhibitors deserve better. As per other years I enjoyed the show & the countdown to 2021 has started :thumbsup2: Piccies……
