I’m having some trouble getting it nice and firm..

So much so that the wife complains that her hand is sore from pulling on it. In fact, despite our best efforts we have only managed to get it half as hard as it was before. You can imagine our frustration, having pumped repeatedly while simultaneously tweaking both the right and then left hand nipples, it still refuses to become fully rigid!

I am of course referring to the front brake lever of the Busa (tokico 4 pots, not the much maligned 6 pots of yore) Having rebuilt the calipers and spending over an hour bleeding the brakes it still isn’t close to what it was. I did bleed the banjo bolt at the master cylinder but to no avail. I’m about to leave it overnight with the lever pulled in and secured with a cable tie. Is there anything else I mighy try that doesn’t require specialist tools?
