Keihin carb tuning

Lads the CR was a pig running into corners last time out. As soon as the throttle was shut to get on the brakes it was pulsing and surging with higher revs than at idle. Eventually it would settle to an even idle but I’d have to clutch it or come off the throttle really early to stop her pushing me wide or giving a pulse to the rear while leaned over.


It was about 1 degree which I reckon it has never been run at before, so probably lean. Would a lean pilot jet cause the surging on a trailing throttle? Or is it just an air screw issue?
