Noticed that both my dipped headlights are not working last night. Hi beam works fine on both. Checked fuses for both hi beam and main beam and they are fine (both are 15 amp so I just swapped them around as a test)

So I’m left with a couple of scenarios

Both bulbs blew on the same day

switch on handle bar is faulty

there’s a loose connection somewhere

or there’s a relay blown somewhere.

Any one familiar with this problem? My bike is a GSX 600F

Will be picking up two new bulbs in Halfords Sunday (going to B&Q in Limerick anyhow), but it would be nice to know what the problem is before then as I commute on the bike 40 miles to and 40 miles from UCC everyday.

I can avoid night time driving for a few days, but would feel a whole lot safer on that Cork road with lights on in the mornings and evenings even though its not dark enough to really need lights.
