Can I fit a tube in a tubeless tyre on a spoked rim.

Is there anything I need to do differently.

I’m going to remove the rimlock and blank the hole because I don’t think I’ll be needing it . I’ll be running the tyres on 20+ psi so shouldnt have any problems with slipping.
