THIS is the motorcycle used by Mexican cartel boss Joaquín Guzman to escape from a maximum-security prison.

Guzman used the rail-mounted bike to travel through a mile-long underground escape tunnel after descending 30ft down a ladder from the prison shower block.

Just visible in the picture is a rail-mounted wheel at the front on the bike. The overhead pipe supplies oxygen to the narrow passageway.

Guzman, whose nickname is El Chapo, is estimated to have spent $50million on the escape from Altiplano prison in Almoloya on Saturday.

We’re guessing not much of that went on the bike itself. No prize but lots of glory if you can name the model.
