MotoGP 2015 Championship standings after Aragon

JORGE Lorenzo reduces Movistar Yamaha team-mate Rossi’s Championship title advantage to just 14-points with only four rounds remaining.

 Rossi now only has a 14-point advantage from team-mate Lorenzo whilst Marc Marquez’s fifth DNF of the season means he now trails Rossi by 70-points in the standings with only 100-points left to grab in the final four rounds of the season.

Marquez does remain in third with 184-points, but he is now only 8-points ahead of fourth placed Andrea Iannone. Brit Bradley smith is a further 29-points behind in fifth whilst Iannone’s team-mate Andrea Dovizioso is in sixth. 

The 15th round of the 2015 MotoGP Championship takes place in Japan at the Twin Ring Motegi in two weeks time.
