I was up in wicklow today over taking three cars when the first car in the line a silver Seat leon seen me over taking the two cars behind him he swerved on to the other side of road blocking my path I moved in behind him and he swerved from side to side on both sides of road blocking me off a short distance up the road he pulled into a house the last one on right hand side of road before Wicklow Gap !!
