this seems to be something that becoming more common . i ordered a tool from an ebay seller bucks-saver link here , who also trades as shenzhen sunwin e commerce co ltd , of Room 1318, Jiangshi Building, Xintian Avenue, Xintian Community, Fuyong Street, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China . the fuckers never had the tool i bought , the ebay listing said next day posting but i recieved an email 2 weeks later saying the tool was being posted . i sent an email saying this was no good as i needed it quicker , they basicly said tough shit . so 3 weeks after that a package finaly arrives . it was the same type tool but a far inferior product ,was missing crucial parts and did not work. after contacting the seller and sending pics of the broken parts i opened a dispute with paypal ,they were useless.to get a refund of 76 dollars i have to post the tool back to china at a cost of 30.50 euros .then its likely the seller will come up with more bullshit and not refund me . so ill not only be out the 76 dollars but also the 30.50 postage . its a no win situation BUT ill be buying some .coms in thier name now as they have fucking pissed me off .
the brother reckons its common as fuck and its drop shopping . they never had the product you bought and only go looking for it when you pay .they then buy the cheapest option they can and send it , paypals lack of protection then shafts you royally .
