I decided to put the bike back to standard before selling, which means I’ve these stiffer springs for sale. I had them fitted for a couple of years with slightly heavier oil and i dropped the yokes about 10mm down the stancions and found that over rough surfaces they were certainly more choppy than the soft standard springs but in braking and cornering they’re much more sharp.

Also, I got Gizmo off here to make me up a couple of baffles for the standard mufflers. Nice job he did too and they worked a treat. Common mod on the XJR forums and makes the bike sound like it should.
