Right lads, after my last thread, the 3D printing of the spacer didn’t work out as it was too big and kept warping 3/4 of the way through.

Fairplay to Myles off here, he put a lot of time and effort in trying to get it to work. Next plan is to use Nylon

Any ideas where in Dublin/Naas I’d be able to get a 20mm thick, piece of Nylon sheet that I could cut and drill to size to get this spacer sorted??? EBay is full of them but if I could walk in and buy it somewhere tomorrow that’d be ideal!
