Hi. I couldn’t find a recent thread on this. Does anyone know where I could get a zip to fit Dainese waist connection zipper? I’ve just bought a new Dainese Goretex jacket and found the connecting zip is too high up to comfortably zip to my trousers. I figure the easiest thing to do would be make up a ‘spacer’ with a zip on both sides that could join the jacket and trousers, but it’s proving surprisingly difficult to source a Zip that fits. I’m not keen on altering my brand new jacket, and I’ve gore-tex trousers and two piece leathers, all of which fit together, so can’t change to a different zip. I haven’t had this problem with numerous previous Dainese jackets, but this one has the zip set especially high.

I can’t be the only tall bloke (6’3") in the world who wears Dainese, so I’m also surprised there’s not a spacer available to buy.
