Ordered a few bits online off their new webshop thingy,about a week and a half ago now….got a confirmation email,and one from PayPal for the payment,but nothing since.

Also sent 2 emails enquiring,but no reply yet.

Are they just unusually slow/posting,/responding to enquiries,or is this normal for them?
