Offered to overhaul a set of carbs off a mates z650 which was leaking gas from one carb….ordered a new set of gaskets,needle valves etc…

Spent the last three evenings trying to get the float heights right…every time i have them set after a while they start to overflow again..if its not one its the other..:wassat:….me head is wrecked now…I’m using the clear tube in the drain hole method…..any ideas what the problem could be…:thumbsup2:
