I have 1966 Waterford reg bike with no paperwork that I want put back on the road. Its DKI and originally sold in Dungarvan. I rang the tax office in Dungarvan but their records don’t go back that far. They were very helpful but I don’t want a Zv plate as was mentioned to me. Anyone any ideas on this? Thanks.
