Hi all, Finished my IBT course yesterday in Sligo what a day, best part of 150 kilometers done, Damien my trainer was great, if anyone is looking to do the IBT in and around Sligo Damien is the man.

Well now I need to practice, practice, practice.

and get as many miles as I can under my belt and do the test in the new year.
