Basically I’m looking to give the lend of a bike to a mate so he can do the IBT and get a bit of experience afterwards before he makes a purchase himself.
What’s the craic with doing this?
Obviously he’d need to insure my bike, but is that even possible if he hasn’t done the IBT yet?
And also can he be insured on my bike at the same time as myself or would I have to suspend my policy temporarily?
Also what’s the cc/power restriction for it, he’s over 24 so is going the direct access route from what I understand.

Appreciate any advice cos I’m totally lost with this business, thank f**k I didn’t have to do any of it.
