This would be for a petite female with 28″ inside leg.

I’m struggling to find anything suitable. Open to all suggestions – low as standard, modifiable to be low (seat/suspension).

I think the low seat height could be achieved or worked-around, but the weight might still be an issue. The (biking) world is full of gentlemen who will help a lady pick up her bike, but ideally it’d be better if it was manageable enough (ie not too heavy) for the drop risk to be minimised in the first place.

TIA for advice/input.

EDIT: A low & light full A bike would be OK too, but I imagine that’d be even more of a unicorn.
