Hello all,

Last year I had a thought of getting myself a motorbike, something that was on my mind on and off for years. Got my licence last July and a few weeks later did the IBT.

Left it a few months before buying my first bike….a fz6. First few times riding it I was shaking like a leaf and very wooden on the bike. Couldn’t corner without pannicking about slipping.

6 months later I’m confident and feep very much in control of the machine.

I’m at the stage now where I’d like to meet other riders in the north Dublin area. It’s not as fun riding alone as it is in a group I’m sure. Besides there’s no craic standing outside a shop having tea on your own lol

Can’t wait for the good weather and long rides. I fancy a trip out west with the tent on the back.
