Abolishing Daylight Saving
The time for submissions for abolishing day light saving (putting the clock back in winter) has nearly expired.
Dont know about the rest of you, but personally I think putting the clocks back during winter is ludicrous. Having that extra hour of daylight in the evenings would make a huge improvement to road safety, especially bikers.
As a biker that commutes the whole year round on my motorcycle abolishing the daylight saving would be very welcome.
You can fill out a very short online questionnaire that will take no more that two minutes. If enough EU citizens vote then we can force this change.
