I found my Honda Leader Scooter with the plastic around the front light ripped off, together with heavy damage to other plastic panels adjoining the cowl, and the kick start seemed jammed. I had chained it when I parked it, and presumably the heavy chain dissuaded the robbing piece of filth. I called the Guards and they came. Later as the electric start worked I was able to put it somewhere obscure back home. I hope the insurance claim goes okay, and most of all it can be repaired. I’ve had that for ten years since new.
