hey guys just looking for a bit of input. a few weeks ago i bought a new yuasa battery, added the acid as required and let it charge for a small while as recommend. i had it in the bike for about 2 weeks worked perfect, until i was away for 2 weeks to come back to a dead battery ( i may have left the ignition on but really have no idea) so nothing mad there.. i tested it with a volt meter anyway and it read 0V. now i thought when a battery is completely dead there is still a voltage present in the battery, it just isnt able to put out feck all current. i had it on charge from about 2 today (10 hours) and its reading 10-11 volts and doesnt look like its gunna go much further!! also when it was on charge today it was on the low setting but still drawing 8 amps which is more then i ever seen a battery drawing. a cell hardly clasped did it?:unsure2:

and to make things worse i was planning for the last few months for tomorrow to be the bikes "big reveal" as it is a memorial run for a local man so i will be absolutly ripping if something like that stops me… :mad2::mad1::bash:
