I have being notified of a recall on a K1300S. This needs to be addressed by a official authorized BMW Motorad service provider. Any idea what my choices are in the Dublin area?

Contacting Joe Duffy Motorad involves always going to a voice mail, leaving a message and one out of 5 times getting a return call. Is this common experience?

Considering ditching BMW out of frustration.
