Buying a 2009 bike which has never been taxed from new. Its has been registered and has a number plate but no log book. It has some RF form with the current owners details.

This week the owner sent the RF form to Shannon with a signed letter from me stating that I have purchased the bike on that date.

I have not paid for the bike yet until it arrives in my name but I am egar to collect it.

How long before I get the paperwork back from Shannon?

Has anyone got a number for Shannon where they will actually pick up the phone. The number online sends you around in circles and no-matter what option you choose you cannot get through to anyone.

Im just looking for clarification from them around the sale as I have never purchased a bike with no log book before.
