Anyone ever ordered anything from “mototopgun” on eBay before? I ordered an Arrow can for my 990 3 weeks ago. Not been shipped or any updates been given.

3 days ago I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund given and they now no longer respond to me.

Considering just going to the bank now for a charge back, never done this before so unsure of the process. Just wondered if anyone on here has any experience with this seller. Has good feedback from 1000s of people
