New guy from America here and I have got to get the fuck out of this country!!!!! I’m coming over to do a little road racing this year, and I’m now looking for a job in/around Ireland. I don’t have much of a resume, but have been a top employee at several different gigs throughout my life. Currently working with my family approaching 5 years full time as a 3rd generation machinist manufacturing drive line and steering components for industrial boats on the Mississippi River. I take pride in my work, and I bust my ass. I’m open to any real opportunities. My only hang up is that I’ll need to be able to take off to go race! I am not bent on finding a job in the industry, just an employer that would be sympathetic to my plans to go road racing. I just need to be able to pay bills and leave to race. Honestly haven’t got much of a grasp on state of the economy over there or what kind of a wage I should be looking for. Any and all advice is appreciated :thumbup:
