I got a can as its only 1.49 and didnt expect much, there was alot of rust spots on the forks and various bolts around the bike and I sprayed it on last night just a bit and there glisting this morning so if your in lidl pick up a can.

Especially handy for the forks cause a wee bit of rust could damage the seal:thumbsup2:
