Hi lads,

So was involved in an accident last week long story short after a trip in the ambulance a day in hospital and a week of mending the insurance assessor has written my bike off.

Now i was only third party so im not covered so my insurance company are doing sweet f/a about the issue.

I have been dealing with his company who sent the assessor but dont seem to have interest either, and the last time i talked to them Mr. cage man hadnt informed them about the accident yet.

So i think im down the road of needing a Accident solicitor

has anybody been in this situation before and have any advice.

Worst part about the hole thing is my bike was up for sale
