Looking at a bike and its currently on northern plate, owner says he brought it down last year and has all the paper work but never changed it. I checked the vrt and its €150. Now I know theres an additional charge if the bike isn’t cleared in 30 days. How do I find out if there is more money owe’d and does this charge follow the bike. Bike is an 2002 with 15k miles.
