I am looking after some of my Sons Bikes. The off road declaration on a Triumph 500 expired in Feb I know I renewed it online but so far I have not received any confirmation. I sent 2 emails to Shannon and no reply received. I then sent one to Dublin City council to pass on to their motor Tax office and no reply. I am going into Smithfield Motor tax office to see if they can help. Has anyone else have any problems with them or do you know the procedure if they insist it has not been renewed as it has expired since Feb 12
