As above…..must have f****D up when buying gear, but my pants geg rides above my boot when riding.

When it rains, the water runs into my boot (not good). Even in cold weather, you can feel the breeze on the legs. Tried opening lower zips but no joy.
Thinking of getting a (how do you explain it) slip on under heel elastic belt added to pants to stop them rolling up the legs.

Anyone have this done?

Zipyard comes to mind?
