I need advice guys…

Currently I am driving a ’06 Yamaha Fazer naked with ~200kg and ~100hp. Now I think about getting a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6r +-2011 (~180kg and ~120hp). From the specs both cycles seems not too far away, but I think there is a big difference in power.

Is that true? If yes why is it like that? What is the main deference then?
