That’s me I could be a customer. Many have taken a hit during the covid and many will close unfortunately . We are all being encouraged to buy local and support local business and I’m all for it. Count me in I want to be a customer I really don’t have the time to be doing all my own servicing I want to pay someone else.

BUT………. I don’t need to be over charged for simple things. So with that in mind what do you think is a fair percentage to pay your local shop?

Let’s say you can get an item for €100 delivered to your door what’s your cut off % on it..

I presume they can get the same item delivered at €100 and then gain a customer in their workshop, leading to repeat business.
