I recently replaced fork seals only to have one of them blow . Happened after gently running over speed ramps a few times.

I am going to replace that one again over the weekend with a genuine one but would then like to pressure test it while the fork leg is still off the bike . I don’t wish to put it all back together only to find that it is still leaking for some reason.

Looking for suggestions as to the best way to replicate the pressure of a bike ( GS500 ) bouncing over ramps.

Was thinking of bouncing my weight on a piece of timber across the top of the loose fork leg. Unfortunately I only weigh 60 kilos.
