Hi all. I’ve been off a bike for 2 years now.My 2nd provisional licence expired in July 2011 being straight I didn’t have the money to do the test at the time as a lot going on. My question is does anyone know if I can get a replacement provisional licence that’s nearly 3 years expired for just the purpose of now being able to apply for my full test OR do I now need to start from scratch and appy for a learner permit and do the IBT please? I was told by 1 person I could replace my expired prov licence inside a 5 year period but I may be misinformed. thanks for reading my long waffle.thanks in advance
