I’ve had my fill of provisional licences for bikes & the last one being 8 years ago or thereabouts.

I’m looking at my test application & it says if my last bike licence has been expired over 5 years I’ve to sit IBT.
WTF, I’ve been driving bikes probably 10 years, never a claim, I’m over 35 & the way I’m reading this I have to shell out nearly €500 on a poxy course, is this for fuckin real?
I’m fuckin stunned, this is a gamechanger, I might aswell sell the fuckin bike if I’ve to shell out another 5 on a beginners course, WTF can I do?
