well lads, I am thinking of doing a few track days now and again, I have an fzr 400 in the shed that I’m gonna use, is there anything that I need to have and also things that need to be taken off, I also like to do it within a budget that suits me, I know the tyres need to be changed etc,

Any help or comments or even opinions would be greatly appreciated
