Emphasis seems to be on tider training, rider observation & anticipation, etc. But none of that prevents the SMIDSY drivers doing their thing.

If penalties for drivers who cause an incident with a bike were more severe than with another cage, might that give those assholes a kick up the hole and prompt a change in driver’s consideration for bikes/bikers?
