Thanks to three UCC bikers

Thanks to three UCC bikers

I was up at the RDS today and on my way home I stopped in for fuel and food at Junction 14 on the M7. Well, I got the fuel and had some grub but when I returned to the bike it wouldn’t start. A very helpful guy (Polish I think) offered his jump leads and after several attempts – no joy. Then three Cork bikers arrived on the scene and we attempted a few push starts. Bike almost started on 2 or 3 attempts but we eventually had to give up on it. One of the lads had Carol Nash’s number (bike is insured with them but I had no contact details on me:00pz:) and I managed to contact them. The Cork boys had to head off as it was getting late and the weather at that stage was "brutal". All I know is that they are members of the UCC bike club and were the nicest and wittiest few fellas you could hope to meet. Thanks lads for helping me out.
I eventually was put in touch with Andy from Andy’s Bikes and Bits who wound up bringing me and the bike home.
It renews your faith in humanity when you encounter the type help and assistance that I experienced this evening.
So a very big thank you to the man with the jump leads, the boys from Cork, Boyle’s Recovery and Andy’s Bike and Bits.
