Wondering if anyone here has any experience of or knows if there might be a refund of VRT paid on an imported bike if that bike was to be exported back to the UK. Looking at a bike in Scotland and thinking of driving my current machine over as a trade in. It’s an excuse for a little road trip and might save me the hassle and delay of selling here. Last time I was shopping, the bike I was after sold before I managed to sell mine here.
