What bike if any can be ridden on a full cage licence at 40 odd yrs of age. Is it just a twist and go 50cc or would the likes of a geared vespa px 80 or nsr 80 be possible? A lad in the job is looking for something to diddle about on and is too lazy/mean to do all the new licence malarkey.
