Had a 320km spin today (NCW to Burren return) with a buddy of mine. Started off this [email protected] & it was 1C & didn’t pass 8C all day.

Didn’t suffer too bad, as had heated grips….wore 2 t-shirts under jacket & 2 pairs of socks. Toes were frozen though & cold got through me in the end.

During the summer I endured 38c in France in full gear (didn’t want to ride on t-Shirt) Sweated bucket loads & drank loads of water. Bit of a mind thing the hydration lark. Always thinking…am I going to hallucinate if I don’t keep hydrated, amongst any other worries you may have:smileee:
